Payment

Payments are accepted via Stripe checkout or PayPal. Visa, Master Card, American Express all accepted.
Cancelation

We reserve the right to deny shipping to any customer for any reason. If an order has been placed and we wish to deny shipping a full refund will be issued to you (the customer) at earliest convenience (usually the same day, not including bank holidays and weekends).
If you (the customer) place an order by mistake or decide that for any reason you would like to cancel your order you can only do so until the order has been shipped. Once the order is in transit then no refunds can be issued.
Shipping and Handling

All shipping charges will be added to your purchase based on the total of your order. If you have an important item to deliver please rest assured, all products are Recorded Signed For™ which gives you complete peace of mind with proof of posting and an electronic copy of the signature available online.
All goods will be dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Please allow a little longer in adverse weather or busy seasons including Christmas and bank holidays.

We have made every effort to display the products as accurately as possible. Most products have been described with sizes/lengths and accurate colour options. However, we are aware that colours and images vary slightly according to the monitor they are viewed on.
