14 Days Returns and Refund Policy

Our objective at Godsent is to deliver the highest quality of customer service. Once you have made a purchase on our site if you are not completely satisfied with the item purchased, we will happily offer you a full refund or exchange with no quibbles. Items must be in their original condition and be sent back with all the original packaging. Please note for health and hygiene reasons, no refunds are available on pierced earrings or navel jewellery.
Please note: Refunds will be for the value of the products only. Postage is non-refundable and where postage is free a fee of anything up to £3.90 will be deducted to cover p&p depending on the size and weight of the item.
Returns Procedure

In order to return any item purchased please follow the procedures below;

Please first contact, email us at sales@godsent.co.uk notifying us of any problems with your purchase. This should explain your reasons for return; if this is for a refund, please tell us the reason for this (This feedback will help us improve our services). If you would like a replacement, include all the details of the replacement. We will respond with24 hours Monday to Friday.

Returns are accepted within 14 days (buyer to pay outward and return p&p) unless there is a fault with the item that we have missed and failed to mention. Please ensure all goods are sent back Royal Mail Signed For to confirm we receive them.

We will require the parcel’s tracking number and date posted. This will enable us to track the returned item and carry out the refund and exchange as promptly possible.

The item should be packaged in the original box in which it was sent. Failing this could result in a delay in processing your return, in the case of a refund, a deduction from the refund amount.

A refund will be issued or a replacement sent once the item has been received by ourselves.
